We need to mobilize our Naval forces for this. They have. CNN had a fairly long piece today on the LPD13 USS Nashville. It is on its way to pick up Americans needing to be evacuated.
My son was stationed aboard that ship for 4 years in the late 90s. It holds about 400-500 Marines and landing crafts, as well as a few hundred Sailors. The Marines are only on board at certain times. I believe they said the Marines are on board now along with the Sailors. The ship won't have much extra room for civilians; but, I'm sure they will crowd in as many as possible. The conditions will be miserable, especially for females. The bunks for the Sailors are built into the wall and stacked 3 high. It made me think of being in a casket. I spent one day on the USS Nashville for a family cruise and I was shocked to see their wasn't one soft surface to sit on anywhere except in officer quarters. Certainly not luxury accomodations.

Ummm, I stated this on the 18th at 2:15 AM local (Colorado) time -BEFORE they mobilized.
Turns out, I may be clairvoyant. It happened shortly after I suggested it.
Now, about those Powerball numbers.....
