But none leaving have been large numbers of Americans on boats. That target would be a risk terrorist would be standing in line to risk IMO.
I hope a bunch of fast smaller boats arrive to move people out to ships way off shore for everyone's safety.
IMO, that is the safest plan.
Pisses me off that the UN bailed out of there.
They could easily IMO evacuate people under the UN flag if they were just there.

That's the first I've heard about that. Are these Lebanese trying to get to Syria? That would be dangerous, unless you were on one of the buses I've read about that are carrying foreigners to Damascus. I haven't seen that anything bad is happening to them yet, but as you say, you are on the ground there.
