I've been following Rebel's posts since last week when this all started and you have accurately stated that he supports Israel, the US, the military and is angry at the State Department (get in line on that one) and the jihadists.
He's at times disappointed with Israel with the closing of the port because it will make rescue efforts more difficult and time consuming. I'm sure there are plenty of people with the president's administration who aren't exactly delighted that Israel closed that port and they aren't the ones stuck having bombs exploding all around them.
And you're right - he's not on vacation and he did register with the appropriate parties and organizations. He's working, for crying out loud. (Sorry - I'm just frustrated at the outright lies being told about him)
Not that I would choose Saudi Arabia for a vacation, mind you... LOL.
With all due respect Peach, he was worrying about himself before this happened. Perhaps he needs to find a new line of work?

Please wait until I get out of this war zone. Hamas does not want or know how to govern and is intent upon throwing things into total chaos. Their participation in this event is incontrovertable evidence, but there is much much more.

You all might find this damn funny, but my sorry ass is marooned in Beirut, where I have been working for the IMF. If anybody has any helpful suggestions on how I can get out of this war zone, I would be most grateful. Right now, the road to Syria is the only way out of Lebanon for anyone, including U.S. citizens, and the Israelis are bombing that road. I am NOT happy with the Israelis right now. I understand their concerns about their kidnapped soldiers but bombing the Beirut Airport was not going to help them in any way.
