I read his article...notice the date that he mentioned that Israel started "changing"....1993.

Also...IF he is talking about the US now, also...I am afraid one of the only men in Washington..that understands that is George Bush.

Also---think it was probably partly the influence of the Bush 41 administration (esp Jim Baker) and the Clinton administration that caused Israel to change.
