It is 8:20pm central time in the US (4:20am Beirut Time and FOX just announced that the OQ (Orient Queen) is back in Cyprus with some Americans on board.
My guess is that it will turn around right away and get back to Beirut sometime in the late morning hours and will load up with 700 to 1000 Americans.
120 or more American Students got on a Norwegian Ferry and they also have arrived in Cyprus.
