"Joey Wilson will be on OLBERMANN IN 15 MINS., AFTER CHRISSY"

.... and I am certain that we can trust Olberdork to ask all the tough questions of the fraud-artist Joe Wilson, because after all we know that Keith Olberdork is a tough, reputable journalist and PMSNBC is a network dedicated to broadcasting only well-established facts and non-propagandistic analysis. /s

I think the "atheist" tag was added by the author...

I can't imagine President Bush telling a story about Putin, and inserting that he is an "atheist" into it...

Sheesh...do you always try to poop on picnic?

This is not a quote from President Bush. It is a story from a third party's memory.

Therefore, no Christian is lying about another Christian, and there is nothing to be concerned about.

Those of us who have closely observed the President and his relationship with Putin from the beginning, have read and heard much about their shared experiences and how the President has told about Putin's being influenced by his Russian Orthodox faith.

Methinks that you are looking for trouble here where none is to be found.

And this is the man the left is demonizing all over the world. God has blessed America with this man at this time.

I got to hte part where it says the president took the man's head and put it on his shoulder and decided it was urban legend.

When I got to the part where the President took the man's head and put it on his shoulder, I knew it was true.

That is a characteristic of our President's loving behavior, and it isn't likely that someone would just 'make it up.'

He is a good, good man.

The left is demonizing President Bush precisely BECAUSE God has blessed America with him.

It's not hard to tell which side they are on in the war of good against evil.....

Tears in my eyes. What an experience! How wonderful to share an intensely private moment. Libs will gnash their teeth, but that's their problem. For Americans who love their country and have faith...it's something to cherish.

That's my President, good and kind. With all that he has gone through, his faith in God has never faltered.

WOO HOOO -- FR is back .. just when Whiny Wilson was on, too.... LOL. He's such a damn peacock .. so sure of himself. Yeah, Joe -- discovery will be very interesting. You think you're that important .. you delude yourself that you're even close to the level of person and official that VP Cheney is, that he would worry a whit about you?? He just wanted to find out how much damage you were doing in your attempt to muck things up, you jerk.

And Olbermann ...honestogod .. he is such a puffed up idiot.

A very similar story took place here in Columbus, Ohio. During the 2004 campaign, Mr. Bush came to town. The uncle of my small group leader (that's a Bible study group for those that don't know) attended the speech along with a friend from church. They went very early because they wanted to get a seat along the main aisle.

The President left after the speech and began to shake hands of those near the aisle. My friend's uncle and friend spoke briefly and he reached into his jacket (the Secret Service must have loved that) and pulled out an envelope. Inside was a hand-written note from his terminally ill wife. He explained that she wanted to be there but could not because of her illness. She wanted the President to know she was praying for him.

Thinking the conversation was over, the man was surprised when Mr. Bush turned to one of his staff members and asked for a pen upon which he asked for her phone number.

A short time later, while the most powerful man in the world was motorcading to the airport in the midst of a gruesome campaign, when most men would take advantage of a few precious quiet minutes, a little old lady in South Columbus answers the phone to "Hello, This is George Bush ..."

You don't have to go to snopes to confirm this story, because they don't know about it. It's likely the only people that do know this story are the 10-12 people on my friend's deck that night. And now you know also.

By the way, I asked C's permission to relay this story.

Compare the quietness and sweetness of this story with what the media and pr folks would have done with the philanderer in a similar situation. The stones of Normandy Beach come to mind.

"When I got to the part where the President took the man's head and put it on his shoulder, I knew it was true..."

I had that exact same feeling, Ohio... The picture of our President holding the young girl who's mom died in the Trade Center shows that IS who this man is... I love your profile page, too!

Oh I took the atheist thing to be the author's own information rather than the President's.

Did you catch Wilson saying maybe the VP felt his manhood was threatened? Honest to Pete, these metrosexuals project onto everyone else their own feelings.
