Maryland Senate: Steele (R) Catching Up
Rasmussen Reports ^

Democratic Congressman Ben Cardin still leads Republican Lt. Governor Michael Steele, but no longer by double digits in this tightening race. Cardin now leads Steele by just six points, 47% to 41%. In February he had led Steele by fourteen points, which by April had dropped to a ten-point lead (see Crosstabs).
Steele is neck-and-neck with Democratic NAACP President Kweisi Mfume, with Steele nominally leading, 45% to 44%. In April Mfume led by four points, after the two had been neck-and-neck in February, Steele 42%, Mfume 41%. The main change for this match-up is that more voters have made up their minds.

Michael Steele is rebounding after a late Spring slump. Things are headed in the right direction.

I hope so, too. In addition to this, Governor Erlich has also been gaining strength in the polls.

I've already donated to his campaign. Here's hoping the Republicans win in New Jersey and Maryland on election night...along with a surprise comeback for Santorum in Pennsylvania. That'd be SWEET.

Suzy, baby. Both of my legal offspring live in maryland and will vote for Steele, but he is far from a lock. I visit my kids and grandkids in Annapolis on a regular basis and there are more liberals in maryland than in san quentin {that's a prison in Kalifornikator} if you are from rio linda {that's linda's river} if you're from new york. I hope you are correct, but I'd not put too much money on the outcome.

Steele is going to win.
The terrible question is, will O'Malley win? If so, I may need to move.

Annapolis is a hotbed of liberalism. Steele is going to win, just support the man and relax. Only 5 of 19 counties in Maryland are blue, and most of that support is from racist blacks who will only vote for a black or Dem candidate.

Are those the same blacks that voted in the crack head Berry mayor of DC? If that does not prove your point I don't know what will.

No, they're not the same. If they live in Maryland, they cannot vote in DC. It's a separate jurisdiction.

You're aware DC and Maryland are separate states/districts, right?

I am also aware that some of the Maryland blue districts with the liberal blacks are next to DC, and many of them work in DC for the government.

To: Hendrix
But not the majority of them. Quality Republican black candidates are the death moan for the Dems, and everyone knows it. It's a shame it comes down to race, but that's the way it is.

That is the way it is because liberal blacks are racists, and that is why they voted the crack head mayor back into office. It is also the same reason OJ Simpson got off (because he is black). Nobody says this in public because it is not PC. According to the liberal whites, only whites can be racists though. What a load of BS.
