Blair looks like he is in pain, definitely looks ill. I think the rest of the pictures were somewhat over-read.

Blair really did not look good in those pictures. Not old exactly, but very worried, almost grim. Either that, or in pain.
The one where he was walking very stiffly with the others seemed especially alarming.

but keep in mind this article is from the BBC, which is full of anti-Blair lefties who will never relinquish a chance to do him an unflattering comment (as opposed to pro-Blair lefties, heh heh)
