I'm listening to the Howie Carr show on WRKO in Boston and they are covering a press conference by the MA Governor and he says all of the bolts in the Ted Williams tunnel require repair. Unbelievable!

Since these slabs overhead are not structural but cosmetic :they should take them all down, and get traffic moving. - tom

I'd like to know, just for the record when all is said and done, how many of those either had no epoxy or too little epoxy. Out of the 1,454.
