I like the gypsy type skirts and if she had a brighter top on I think would look very nice.
No, it's not just you. That skirt is too long. I (a couple of decades her junior) would wear it w/a high-necked lacy tank top, not with a jacket/blazer which calls for a shorter, straighter skirt. Perhaps she was going for a youthful look. But yoots wear blazers differently, too. She appears to be having some kind of age crisis.
