A story by Reuters states:
France has hired a Greek cruise ship which can carry between 1,000 and 2,000 passengers to help evacuate its citizens from Lebanon via Cyprus. French authorities have also hired another ferry together with Norway which can take up to 650 people.
"It is a French initiative for the transportation of all European citizens," said Sotos Zakhaeos, the director-general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"It will set off, likely late today from Cyprus and start picking people up tomorrow. This is a European initiative, and the security guarantees have been given," he told Reuters.

They search for them...and will not pay any ransom same as the Israelis'. If Israel has NOT found their soldiers yet...then what would happen to a kidnapped American Citizen.
