I have to agree with you. That head on commercial guarenteed that I would never buy their product just after the first time I saw that commercial.
ahhh but in the world of advertising the very fact we are talking about it is what they wanted to accomplish, even if you hate it.
Especially since whoever produces that (head on)commercial must have noticed that Shep mimics it about once a week, so now they (or someone else) have produced a very similar one for another product. Ugh.
