Homeland Security officials say they don't have the space to hold every undocumented immigrant they pick up, so they focus on the lawbreakers.
I've got a tent that'll hold up to twelve. Probably have a few other tents as well. House eleven million? No problem. Just tell me where to drop it off.

One of those tent cities could be set up on otherwise unused Florida swampland. Between the gators, snakes and other nasties I guarantee our unwelcome "guests" wouldn't be returning. If the wildlife can keep down their newly-enriched diet no argument could be made about environmental impact.
