"Mr. Hovind sounds like a raging kook."

Doesn't he just? Sad business, really. A guy who has deceived so many people about evolutionary theory, and in the name of his deity, too.

Faith is a wonderful thing, but nobody should have faith blindly. Before attaching one's faith to the teachings of anyone, it's a good idea to see whether that person deserves it.

Kent Hovind, apparently, is not such a person. Never mind his tax evasion. There is a long list of idiotic things he has said on many subjects. He's a tinfoil-hat-wearing, certifiable nutcase.

Honestly, I had never heard of him before today, but I'll take your word for it. :)

"...but nobody should have faith blindly."

LOL! That's exactly what I say about the evolutionists. :-)

It's sad that Mr. Hovind's scientific explainations of creationism are further ridiculed because he may have evaded income taxes. What about the presumption of innocense until proven guilty? There are people that have been found not guilty in court for tax evasion.
