It sure is- some people call it "Chicago, but with a better PR department."

I think of it as the place whose citizens xxxx it up so badly with nepotism, racism, kleptomania, kickbacks, and corruption they can't stand it any longer-- so they move here, and proceed to inflict the same vices on my community.

Kind of like what southern California did to Seattle.
