none taken, not really sure why that happened. Anyway, back to the topic at hand, where does this train stop; I hope not at the end of another world war
Notice of name change: Beirut International Airport --> Club Olmert
To ArmsteddFragg - we had a good debate going on a couple weeks ago about where this whole thing would finish after Hamas snagged Shilat (sp). This thing has spiraled beyond what i thought was probable, I'd like to hear your thoughts now about where this situation is going. Surely you'd agree the chances of a regional Middle East war are greater now than a couple of weeks ago?
If Iran attacks Israel, dollars to doughnuts NK will blitskrieg SK and force us to choose who to help. Maybe China will go for the trifecta and launch a naval invasion of Taiwan...
Where they all do...when it gets too close to the brink of total war, the west will pull Israel back.
It's a simple equation: We are the world's wealth, we are the economy. We have more to lose from total war than those still living in the 6th century. It's our economies that will be crushed by the end of flowing oil. Since we have the most to lose from war, we will make dern sure that the lid doesn't come totally off the pot.
