Cool. Another graphic to add to my "I have a plan for a 'new America'" speech by Bush.

THE "NEW AMERICAN"

We are now one of the largest Spanish-speaking nations in the world. We're a major source of Latin music, journalism and culture.

Just go to Miami, or San Antonio, Los Angeles, Chicago or West New York, New Jersey ... and close your eyes and listen. You could just as easily be in Santo Domingo or Santiago, or San Miguel de Allende.

For years our nation has debated this change -- some have praised it and others have resented it. By nominating me, my party has made a choice to welcome the new America.

As I speak, we are celebrating the success of democracy in Mexico.

George Bush from a campaign speech in Miami, August 2000.

You can read the speech here.

Here is an excerpt of a good critique of that speech:

In equating our intimate historic bonds to our mother country and to Canada with our ties to Mexico, W. shows a staggering ignorance of the civilizational facts of life. The reason we are so close to Britain and Canada is that we share with them a common historical culture, language, literature, and legal system, as well as similar standards of behavior, expectations of public officials, and so on. Well it is true the immigrant couldn't get away with this unless we facilitated it.

La Raza are not "racial separatists." La Raza are "irredentists." They want to take back North America for the "Bronze Race" and ethnically cleanse those of European heritage.

I can only come to the conclusion that Rove is retarded for meeting with these people. They are even worse than the NAACP, whom Bush rightly boycotts.

"If it has come to the place where we are going to finance racist separatists, then the nation our founding fathers set up for us, no longer exists.

What the hell are our leaders thinking?"

When it comes to the Open Borders/Amnesty/Cheap Labor crowd, LaRaza is a formidable foe.....I'd love to check the pockets of their Corporate Bd. of Advisors. AS they say....follow the money....

You stated it perfectly. This sure feels like the Twilight Zone. Or insanity with a touch of treason?

I'm curious if Rove did this on his own volition or because of Bush's bidding.

Traitor Rove.

Watch Lou Dobbs nightly at 6 EST on CNN. The only TV broadcaster in America who tells the truth about illegal immigration.

"If the dems were doing this you wouldn't be able to think straight for all the howling that would be going on from the GOP."

You're right, can you imagine if Clinton did this?

The silence is deafening from the b-bots and k00laid drnkers here on this site.

Amazing. It's outright treason. But remember... Bush has an (R) next to his name so let's just go along with it.

It's not the illegal immigrant's fault either.

It's our fault. We let it happen. We let the libs do this over decades.

It doesn't matter who's fault it is. By the same token, illegals also realized they were breaking our laws by entering our country illegally (They are not off the hook).
Too bad the internet wasn't around 40 years ago. This mess would most likely not been at this level. The only reason we "let it happen" is simply because most people had no idea how much of a problem it was. Had it not been for the information age, this mess would be going on with little opposition as well as the SPP (see www.spp.gov for more info) being an unknown to the GP.

To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical. - Thomas Jefferson
