China publicly called on North Korea to refrain from launching those missiles.

Headlines or storlylines have stated this but when the actual statments are read this is not accurate.

China has not done this.

Imagine this: The UN passes a unilateral civilian disarmament plan. We do not agree but since the rest of the world is disarmed, they pass a resolution mandating that our government collect our privately owned firearms. We resist and China, Russia, France, North Korea, etc. all send military forces to enforce the UN mandate.

And if President Hillery is in charge, all the has to do is to issue an Executive Order saying that armed UN enforcers are allowed in the US to implement the resolution, and no federal employee or member of the military is allowed to resist in any way

North Korea is a cult, not a country. All this saber rattling is about Kim overcoming his personal inadequacies. The solution is to threaten Kim personally. As long as this builds him up, both internationally and domestically, it will continue. When it threatens his ability to enjoy young girls, it will end.

Try to get reasonably good satellite or other intelligence of his where abouts then launch (conventional) submarine launched ballistic missiles at where ever he lays his head at night. When the 'international community' goes nuts over an act of war, simply deny it. "Wasn't us. Someone else's unannounced missile test probably just went awry."
