I wish I could remember the type of adult stem cells my dad told me about a couple of weeks ago. They are one of the newer types and already the research is proving that they likely, will do, what the theory of embroynic stem cells was supposed to be able to do.
We both know that embryonic stem cells have a nice sounding theory, but have no proof to back it up. Now scientists are finding that some types of adult stem cells are the real thing. With this research, there is never a reason to use embryonic stem cells.
It is a political attack on conservatives..........specifically the President..........by those who don't value human life.
And the Republicans who support it are the spineless ones who are afraid to be characterized in the media as anti-science or religious wingnuts.
(Just look at the attacks here from so-called conservatives on those of us who value human life).
The libs are all over the map on this issue. On one hand, they are desperate to save the lives of 90-year-old alzheimers patients because it will advance the abortion cause. On the other hand, when it comes to euthanasia, they're desperate to kill off the "no-longer-viable" old folks because it's their "right." There is an easy explanation for this. It's called the Culture of Death.
