I agree, we need more out reach programs aimed at us...like you mentioned.. might add an out reach program for citzens who are eligible to vote..

Arnold already did that in 2005 with his special election and conservative propositions, that nearly caused his downfall, because he counted on the conservatives, who were nowhere to be found -- they rather let CA go down the tubes.

"Conservatives" bit his outstretched hand, and prevented him to get some reforms passed in CA, reforms that the Dems and unions were fighting tooth and nail. Some self-proclaimed conservatives not only voted WITH the Dems and unions to defeat them, but were agitating for conservatives to join hand with the unions and defeat those propositions.
