Sad to say, but I also think the bloodthirsty pali's killed the Cpl. Now they have nothing to keep the Isrealis from making the gaza strip into a big pile of dust.

Oh well, sucks to be them (pali's). I tried to muster up a give a damn, but mine's busted.

"Weapons Depot

Is that like Home Depot ??? "

Anyplace a Muslim lives is a "Weapons Depot" since all Muslims are required as a fundamental article of their faith, to kill the unbelievers when the opportunity arises.

PS Christians, Jews, and all Americans are "unbelievers" to the Muslim.

Bad aiming. "were wounded". If shooting, shoot to kill.

Should have been on the targets day 1.

They likely just ID'd it. Possibly from documents captured in earlier actions.

As the Palistinians realize they will soon be Egyptians they will be forced to stop this madness.

Many of them are of Egyptian heritage anyway. Yassar Arafat was. However parts of the Egyptian Army are stationed on the Gaza/Egypt border right now, To ensure that the Palis don't come in to Egypt. The tend to cause problems werever they go. Ask Jordon, ask Lebanon, even ask Kuwait, where they sided with Saddam's troops when the latter invaded Kuwait.

Is that like Home Depot ???

Same thing, except they stock suicide belts, car bombs and maybe a few artillery rockets.

Weapons Depot: You can kill it, we can help.

Actually guys, the use of the word "Depot" has a long history in martial affairs. The place I was stationed, Oklahoma City Air Material Area (now OK Air Logistics Center) @Tinker AFB, was once called Oklahoma City Air Depot, and the road that runs into one of the base gates is still called Air Depot Blvd. (Midwest City OK). Most Army repair facilities are still called "Depots" and the Air Force and Army (maybe the others too) call the major maintenance/repair actions, depot level repair, even if it's done by contractors at contractor or military facilities.

I don't know where to post this, so here is as good as any - why don't the Israelis simply slowly take back the Gaza Sprip north to south?

Because in most of the western world, especially Europe, Israelis are viewed as occupiers. Misinformation I know, but that's the reality. Israel needs to go on a PR offensive as well as a military one.

As the Palistinians realize they will soon be Egyptians they will be forced to stop this madness.

The madness won't end until there is a winner and a loser, and you know who the winner has to be. Israel's wall has been a terrific success. I hope this latest offensive is successful as well, and I think Israel is allowed to do this because they have a friend in the White House who knows who the good guys and bad guys are in this conflict, though he's been fairly quiet about it.

The attack came hours after five Palestinians were wounded in an airstrike yesterday in the same area on a van transporting weapons for Hamas militants.

I heard the van had a big sticker saying rent me for $19.95 an hour!

They probably need more intel. Put a little squeeze on and see where the Palestinians go to get weapons. Then whack 'em one by one when they do.

Hamas, as evil as they are, are probably smart enough to cache weapons all over the place, and not too many in one place. That is why this engagement will go on for months.
