The phrase is "divorced from reality". So in California, why doesn't reality own roughly half of all property?

So in California, why doesn't reality own roughly half of all property? Actually most of the property is owned by some Housekeepers.
When they get divorced they keep the house. Do that a few times and they get half several times.

California is like a bowl of Granola. Those that are fruits and nuts are flakes.

D'oh,
California is like a bowl of Granola. Those that are NOT fruits and nuts are flakes.
