I really like this guy's attitude

I walk by this circus on Saturdays that I work. I usually have the wifey with me and that keeps me from having a little fun with the anti-s but this spectacle never ceases to amuse me.

"He has other notices posted including a Saturday-only sign that says: 50% Off Everything Protest Sale (During Protest Only)."

the landlord informed him on June 27 that he has 20 days to remove any unapproved signs or face possible eviction. Developer Tom Moyers TMT Development Co. issued the warning, after three months ago threatening to evict the business if the store did not remove signs aimed at anti-fur protestors. Understand this dynamic and you'll understand a lot about why the MSM can be counted on to cozy up to terrorists.
To: girlangler
I can bet the police and city would be all over the protesters, if they were protesting in front of an abortion clinic.

I like the protest Sale idea too.
Maybe he should have one that says, "Free Fur to protesters." Then toss them a live Wolverine.
He's got the right idea, about the mediation.
Once you start, they've got you. Screw them.
He could have offered to trade with them though, on the
labels I mean, for every one put on his furs, a protestor
would have to get a tattoo what says,
"This protestor may or may not be lying and may possibly
have consumed meat or meat by products or used anal electrical devices."

Anarchy thrives while a landlord, the police and a city government abandon common sense in favor of appeasement.

It's really worse than that. uring this ongoing battle, The People's Republik of Portland has even suggested that the store might want to relocate, instead of the Police doing their fricking job.
Trust me, The People's Republik of Portland is run by a bunch of flat-out Communists....

The animals used to make this fur garment may have lived in inhumane conditions and may have been killed by the following methods: anal electrocution, painful trapping, clubbing, crude gassing, neck-breaking, poisoning, or may have been skinned alive. The idiot proposing this tag on the other hand may have been a criminal and may have been involved in the following activities: anal sex, abortion, rape, assault, arson, vandalism, poisoning, or may advocate mass murder of other humans.

I can remember years ago one of the alphabet channels ran a story on animal rights protesters at a fur store in NYC.
One protester ask some guy walking with a fine looking lady in a fur how they got the blood out of it, the guy got right in their face and said..." I sucked it out with a straw"...lol
The guy looked like Tony Soprano except he was about 6'-10". That was the end of the debate with that guy.

Does he ship? I've got a 15-year anniversary coming up. I've given up hope for a log splitter, but failing that, a mink jacket might be nice!

The relocated last year to a site just off of pioneer Curthouse Square, on the North side of the Galleria. They are on the North side of the Max line, and in a very nece place.
Of course the protesters get to do just about anything they want in Portland, because they have the freedom of speech. Silverman's however, has to submit to censorship from the Landlord and the City of Portland.
Portland Monthly just did ann excellnet recap of the entire situation, and did a good job of identifying just who the "portesters" are. the bottom line is that the protests will continue until Silverman's Furs closes permanently. No matter what public claims they meet, they will not allow fur to be sold in Portland.

Figures.
If the fellow had his business in a less fancy visible part of town bet they would not bother.
I still would like to see someone call Lars. Is Friday open subject day?

Don't know if they ship or not, mrs. a., since I am nowhere near there. I just posted it cause I keep up with animal rights issues for my job.
They probably do. I'll see if I can find out.
Congrats on the 15 year anniversary.
