You know Kerik has had some issues but he did a great job as Chief of Police in NY. Forgiveness is a good thing.
Baloney. A police commissioner (not "chief") by definition cannot be "doing a great job" if he is breaking the law while serving as police commissioner. That mindset is very typical of urban Democratic sh!t-holes, which goes a long way toward explaining why they are sh!t-holes to begin with.
It was former police commissioner William Bratton and his cadre of deputy commissioners who deserves the most credit for sharply reducing crime in New York City. Crime was no longer a serious issue in the city by the time Kerik came around.
