There is no organization or government that can effectively eradicate these giants. The only successful solution is the global Church of Jesus Christ.
From http://www.thepeaceplan.com/
P.E.A.C.E. can empower and equip each member of a local church to address these global giants in a holistic manner throughout their local community (Jerusalem), nearby communities (Judea), regional area crossing cultural barriers (Samaria), and globally (to the entire world). T his will be done by carrying out sustainable and reproducible actions of P.E.A.C.E.
P.E.A.C.E. is not a church program for a few "specialists." The P.E.A.C.E. Plan is a lay movement, designed to mobilize average church members to do normal tasks that can change the world.
P.E.A.C.E. is a grassroots church to church strategy, helping churches around the world to make a difference together. Through P.E.A.C.E., local congregations will become the heroes. Because of their location, motivation, longevity, and credibility, local churches are the only grassroots organization that can effectively address the five evil giants.
I dunno but to me that sounds like he thinks his plan can make churches change the world. And what is this, making the local congregation the hero? Just who IS supposed to be the "hero?" Is any man or group of humans supposed to be anyone's hero?
He's got BIG plans...

Most people set their goals too small and they try to achieve them too quickly. Set your goals high and spend the rest of your life trying to achieve them.
Me, I'll settle for the mediocre goal of giving a glass of water to one of these 'little ones' that have been dragged half to death behind the purpose driven runaway horse.
RW is absolutely right, though, in that governments can never bring peace. Only the Prince of Peace. And I think Jesus thought His church could change the world. That's the impression I got, anyway.
Indeed. In fact,
