Here's a link to a document that describes the test, including a diagram of the "course"

Ah yes, those were days ~ the bikes weren't much but the dirt was "young and tender" like my girlfriend. >:-}
Thanks, it has changed since the first one.
I went to the DMV in Alameda to get mine, I lived in Berkeley and both the Berkeley and Oakland DMV were busy as hell.
They didn't show me a diagram of the course then, he just told me what he wanted and I did it. >:-}
Here's a hug....huuuuuuuug! Feel better? I even get people at church ready to give me a hug when they see me comin'. They're good, all around. Hug a stranger. Make a friend.
Officials at the Department of Motor Vehicles also cleared the governor of any violation, noting that because of the sidecar he was not technically riding on two wheels.
If I'm ever in an accident I'll give these excuses a try, they're now proven "get out of jail free" cards.
I do wonder about one thing though, if only two of my cars wheels are on the ground as I drive, do I need a motorcycle license?
dang! that was a big one too! ; )
thanks, that was sweet! : )
