Russian President Vladimir Putin has said the international community must resolve its problems with Iran and North Korea through negotiation. In a BBC webcast, he said it would be a mistake to impose sanctions on Iran.
He said he would prefer the Iran nuclear problem to be dealt with by the International Atomic Energy Agency rather than the UN Security Council.
He was answering some of the thousands of questions sent in by readers to the BBC and Russia's Yandex website.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said the international community must resolve its problems with Iran and North Korea through negotiationAnyone who thinks that Russia (or China) *ever* has the interests of world or regional peace or of the United States at heart is in desperate need of *heavy* medications.

"So what does Iran have that Russia wants to negotiate for? Or N.Korea for that matter???"
N. Korea got already a few missiles that during the test firing landed in the Russian side of the Sea of Japan (one landed just a few dozen miles away from the Russian Port of Nakhodka).
I guess Putin need more missiles coming out from N. Korea or nuclear armed Shaheeds coming out from Iran to aid N. Caucasus Islamist insurgency -:))))

Hmmmm is there a fast train headed to N.Korea to fix that directional problem?
There is a reason why Putin is NOT coming down hard on the N.Koreans, what I don't know, but they (N.Korea) has got something he wants from them.

Neither Russia or China give a rats about NK... they know NK... they've backed NK and in fact... they secretly APPROVE of NK's behavior.

I heard yesterday that it is believed that this mental Ill No.2 was born in of all places Siberia, and he knows where his ideology was first put into motion.
Now old Stalin was in control of N.Korea at the end of WWII and the agreement was we would leave S. Korea and he would leave N.Korea, but old Stalin had other ideas and boycotted the UN.
Then old Stalin made a secret pact with Beijing in 1950 to send down upon US 120,000 Red Chinese, while Stalin secretly provided air support among other things.
I do not know if there is still a N.Korea pact between Russian and China to this day but I would not be one bit surprised if there is.
We have our own socialists to blame partially for where things stand today cause Clintonism was alll about equalizing all nations and nuclear is their equalizer.
Bill Clinton has repeatedly said that allllll N.Korea wants is respect.

Bill Clinton has repeatedly said that allllll N.Korea wants is respect.
The respect North Korea wants is control over both North and South Korea. Why we cannot get that through our minds is beyond me.
