How does it trample your rights?

Any law which forbids me from engaging in commerce which does not violate the rights of others, is trampling my rights.

You ever shop at Albertson's? If you do, you may as well start spewing at them right now because I promise you they will never sell liquor before noon on Sunday. Wanna know why? Because they're LDS, that's why. Good luck with your lawsuit.

Any comment that assumes anything about me that I have not provided will be ignored.

Further, I do not advocate government involvement in forbidding or compelling any business to sell anything or be open or closed at certain hours.

In the case of Albertson's, it is not a matter of law but of company policy. They reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, as does any purveyor of commerce.
