The French government!? They pay a lot of French people for not working already, a few several tens of thousands of Americans would just be drop in the bucket. Although an unemployed American might be more expensive than an unemployed French man.

nuh, just ship them into mexico, they have plenty of places open cause all of their population moved to southern usa and beyond
