WASHINGTON -- Four months before the midterm congressional elections, Democrats are mired in a ferocious battle for control of the House and Senate.
Among themselves.
A feud within the ranks of party leaders is creating concern and consternation about Democrats' ability to capitalize on the bountiful political advantages the GOP has dealt them. Democrats are beset by competing messages, quarreling messengers and conflicting visions for the future of the party, all of which could complicate and impede their fall election strategy.

Dean's 50-state strategy is a recipe for failure.
It would be like playing Risk by spreading your armies equally across the board instead of maximizing them in places where they would be strategically the most effective.
Anyway, YEEEAGH!
Failure for the party, but not for Dean. By showering the state Dim parties with money and support in deep red areas where the Dims have no chance to win, Dean's buying off the state party bosses and their union benefactors, which is exactly what he intended to do in the first place, IMO. That makes it much harder for the national Dims to unseat him while he racks up defeat after defeat.
Shhhh...!!
Don't encourage them!
This article is one of the few that are honest about the democrap party and all their infighting. All you normally hear from the MSM about them is that they are "unified" and how important that is; and conversely they try to elevate GOP infighting - as if we can't vote for one another if we have disagreements on one or two things.
Nothing will impede our strategy to replace Holy Matrimony with Anything Goes, and to support Eminent Domain. We will give Victory in Iraq to the Jaws of Defeat and raise the Taxes of Every American. Nothing can stop us; Yeeeaaarrrgghh!

I'm starting to have dreams of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid announcing their retirement.
invariably, by the time they are done taking their polls and determining what their positions on issues should be, the situation on the ground has shifted again and they end of back at the drawing board...I think it will continue to play out this way thru Nov.
They better stop worrying about how they are going to take the House and Senate and worry instead about how they are going to keep the seats they have. If a couple things fall right between now and November we could see a pickup of seats for Republicans.
The rift between different stripes of Dhimmicrats is of less importance than their public gloating over the Hamden case, and the incessant and anti-American babbling of Pelosi, Reid, Murtha, etc. Their message is getting through loud and clear, and the folks on the fence are beginning to get it - which is why the Dhimms have been a minority in the House for 12 years. Keep up the good work!
Just wait until Karl Rove "gears up" and gets into the fray for the Midterm control of both Houses. Katie bar the door. And, it should happen about September 1. The man is the closest thing to James Carville the Pubbies have ever had; he's just more low key.
The only guy who compares to Rove was the young guy who died in his forties who was a major player during the Reagan and Bush "41" years. His name is on the tip of my tongue but I can't remember who he was. Can somebody help the boy out here?
