Since Nifong is basing everything on the AV's word, strange that the second stripper has not been charged so far.

Where would the proof come from? She knows the system and if it was worth it to her, she could get amnesia. Just a hunch.

Nobody "immediately" assumed she was lying.

We are certain she is lying after reading just the stuff Nifong released to the defense. Her story changed, her fellow dancer said no rape occurred early on, and two of the supposed rapists have iron-clad alibis.

Maybe the defense should try and get it all on record before "her" memory fails "her".
