Hmmm I actually hate to have come down with Clinton and the Slimes, but I would say that in our ability to look back that would have indeed been a momentous occasion in history had he actually have been hit,, then again if it worked and 9/11 never happened it would have just been a blip on history's radar screen.
If Hitler had been hit by a car as a kid, it would not have been a "historic" day but it would have altered history.
