You have to consent to a drug test too. Failure to submit a urine sample can result in termination.

You wouldn't HAVE to get the surgery but your "choice" may mean finding work someplace else. And as a condition of parole, you can infringe on the rights of citizens in all kinds of ways (whether you should be able to or not).
