The "ethnic" group is not the problem: it's the religion (the cult of Islam) that is the problem. Unless "Muslim" has suddenly become an ethnicity.

I have many lebanese christian friends who are great people. I also know Persians who dont believe in Islam. They are very cultured and hard working.
