It wasn't a REGIME. He was the POTUS then, not some dictator. He was for certain one of the worst Presidents we've ever had, but the "Regime" word is NOT for the USA, no matter how you may despise any elected official.
Carter may very well have forgotten the disasters in his wake as POTUS. He's never been all there. The question to ask is.... "How many USA citizens/voters/taxpayers remember"? Most of those who think him a hero weren't even born yet.

He is the reason for the mess (middle east) we find ourselves in now.

Election night in 2008 if Hillary is behind in the votes will see riots and massive violent protests all over the country saying the election had been stolen. Soros and friends will make sure the plans are in place in case she doesn't actually win.
