Boy have you got Mexico wrong.
The drug lords control the country, and they allow the people running to do so and they are not about to allow a functional Mexican government.
That could very well be...
But with Fox in charge in the south and Bush in charge in the U.S., our borders are wide open and it's beens said that more drugs cross our border now than at any other time in history...
So I can't say I know what will work (in Mexico) but it's real obvious what doesn't work right now...And it's time for a change...
