Philip PERRY. Philip married Elizabeth "Liz" CHENEY.

They had the following children:

Kate PERRY was born in 1994.
Elizabeth PERRY was born in 1997.

Philip Richard PERRY was born on 2 Jul 2004 in Sibley Memorial Hospital, Washington, D.C.

Yes I have come up with a similar answer but a different root.

From the interview of the VP yesterday he gave the age of his granddaughters.

"THE VICE PRESIDENT: Well, they're having a heck of a day. The youngest is six; the oldest is 12, three granddaughters. And they've enjoyed every minute of it"

So maybe she is a bit young to be interested in boys though I do know 12 year olds that are.
