You could order on line and they are not that expensive. At Walmart for instance you can get that base/holder and the Flag for under $20.00. You may look a little avant garde in your Country if you do that,but it would be up to you. I believe I remember you saying that the Brits are beginning to adapt to our Mother's Day Protocol recently. You certainly would have to have someone install the Base/holder in that Brick by using a drill with a Mason Bit. I think maybe you mean Fathers Day which we do celebrate on the same day.
