I think one reason GWB and Prime Minister Koizumi have become such good friends is that they still have so much of the irrepressible little boy in their personalities. Spot on - and this comes only from people who are home in their skins...they are not deceptive people or egotistical, so they aren't always "on" - they just 'are.'
