Jack is wrong. I have studied the demographics of the 12th district and it should be up for grabs. Those folks who are not republicans are essentially Reagan Democrat types. Kerry won this District with only 51% of vote. Here is a map that shows the location. Basic honest, hard working folks who are patriots. They figured Jack was patriotic too until his recent ravings.

I think Murtha is only a "Patriot" when there is a Democrat in the White House, but THEN it doesn't take much to look like a "Patriot"!!
I mean, my gosh, he sat by and watched as Clintoon disassembled the military, CIA, FBI, etc.!! That's a "patriot"???

I think Jack Murtha is in a tough spot. If he stops flinging red meat to the Moonbat Left, they will turn on him in a heartbeat, just as they have turned on Joe Leiberman
