The problem with this promotion is that so many states are going non-smoking that it's no longer much of a distinction.

I beg to differ with you.  Only 15 states have gone smoke free.  That leaves plenty of other states where one can vacation and spend their money.

It's just a matter of time. Otherwise, smokers around here wouldn't be having fits every time a new ban gets implemented.
