Well, they ARE fugly. But the cost/benefits ratio is favorable. I don't wear mine in public, but for gardening and standing in the kitchen cooking. I like them for gardening because you can just slip in and out of them.

my only problem with them is that Size Small is too big and Size X-Small are a little too small....so I buy the Smalls and they make my feet look huge....but I do love those things. My aunt has every color they've put out....that's all she wears!

I love shoes I can slip in and out of, too - more than anything. Problem is the slipping *out* of them when I don't want to. I'm looking at the strappy ones - lol, "strappy" - since it looks like the strap hinges up or down. I like that idea a lot.

Still haven't tried any on - but I'm certainly leaning that way now, after so many FReepers' raves. Maybe with the holes they aren't as hot as jellies were - that's what I think of as plastic shoes.
