Here I sit, my house is a mess, but I thought that I would take a break from cleaning---Since the world may end tonight, I best get busy and get back to work. Glad I took the break--this made me smile and lightened my heartGlad you liked it. But hurry up and clean ...... there is some space debris heading toward the earth in a few days.

Very, very, strange.
I had no idea that this President was actually a human being!

I'm proud of President Bush for doing such an extraordinary gesture.

It was a fantastic day.
I hope Brit and the folks put something on about it at the end of the show in a few minutes.

I caught the last part of it...it was at the beginning of the show. I didn't see all of the coverage, but what I saw was really heartwarming.
I have never forgotten that Koizumi gave the President a mounted, antique samurai arrow as a gift in the months after 9/11. The press ignored this, but it was a high honor.

I have to see this. It was a very sweet and good thing that the President and the Presley's did today for the Prime Minister.

I agree. And I like it that Koizumi is so unpretentious that he gets into Elvis. You need to watch this for his telling the President that this was "a dream" and THEN he begins singing "To dream, the impossible dream..." LOL!
What a sweet guy and a great friend to this nation!
