The Washington Post and The New York Times on Friday hailed the decision as "a victory for law," while the ultraconservative Washington Times condemned it as a dangerous restriction of presidential authority...

Denial on anything comes easy to Liberals; no media bias, no WMDs, no responsibilities...

Living in La-La Land must be easy.

Putting "Supreme Court" and "blow" in the same sentence is might dangerous territory...

UH-HUH!!!! Well, how about this? Bush goes to congress and asks for the power to hold tribunals, which after all is all that the USSC said he couldnt do. demokkkrats are then faced with voting yes or no, arguing that these poor terrorists have rights??? They should be merandized?

Here's another in the article:

CONSERVATIVE Justice Clarence Thomas warned in a dissent that the majority ruling meant that terrorists needed to be caught "red handed" before they could be tried under the laws of war.

Ginsburg, Souter, Stevens, Breyer and Kennedy were all listed earlier in the article without labels. How are we supposed to know if they are liberal, moderate or conservative if the author doesn't tell us? I guess if they aren't labeled CONSERVATIVE we can assume LIBERAL.
