The ACLU is right. It is a victory for the Rule of Law.

The USSC decision affirmed the Rule of Law over the Rule of Man.

The issue is whether that's a good thing in this particular case.

The ACLU thinks it is, so they're celebrating.

You don't, so you're peeved watching them celebrate.
