Note to ACLU, don't celebrate to soon, President may have other options that includes legislation thru Congress.

Lord, isn't there a tectonic plate fault somewhere big enough to swallow up the ACLU whole?

I have an answer. Round up Gitmo and fly them back to a mountain top in Afghan. Then drop some used old guns. Little ammo. Very little food and water to make them angry. Make sure we have the artillery lined to remove the top of the mountain. They set up some dummies so the nuts will shoot. Pow!!!!!!! Problem solved.

The ACLU is celebrating because once they win the right to defend someone in court, taxpayers pay their fees!

President may have other options that includes legislation thru Congress. Maybe. But here is the catch. Even if the Congress passes legislation reversing the SC, the SC will come back and say unconstitutional. We will never have a government run by the people through the President, Senate, and House with the SC as supreme law makers.

The euphoria rergarding the confirmations of Roberts and Alito was premature. Kennedy, clearly the least intelligent Justice on the Court (read a few of his decisions, they are laughable), will be joining the left-wing activists few more frequently than the strict constructionists.
How old is Stevens? When can he be declared non compos mentis?

Bush, Roberts and Alito better be hunkering down for this one. So far, we still don't have the conservative court that we want and, apparently, Roberts was ineffective at convincing his SCOTUS justices from swinging to the left. I remain unconvinced that Bush's new guys are as totally conservative as we have been told, even though both of them voted in the minority on this decision.

Seriously, wherever they are tried, can they be hanged at the neck until their bowels disgorge?

Hey if the ACLU believes in the RULE OF LAW...then they should be a huge supporter of prosecuting those for illegal immigration.
To: Buck W.
This is why we MUST keep the Senate. If a liberal Supreme Court Justice retires or dies while Bush is in office, he will have another opportunity to move the court further right. Then these kinds of opinions won't happen. Forget borders, spending, and all the other complaints. Vote Republican!! It is too important not to.

Heard this on the news this a.m. and could hardly believe our judicial system. Get rid of the Supreme Court! They're doing more harm than good.
