I never feel sorry for unions or their members, ever. The socialist demands by those leave me with the feeling that they are incapable of making a life for themselves. There is an old saying in business that you should pay attention to--
ADAPT OR DIE.

You do seem very jealous of anyone doing better than you are. You get no sympathy from me.

We, who buy Made in China

I see. So there is no difference between buying a toy made in China and imprisoning, beating, abusing and killing innocent Chinese citizens? Got it.

That is the member list of the

I don't know the specific details of all their business interactions.

It is researchable though by going by 'product type' + 'falon gong' or 'falun gong' blogs under a search engine such as Clusty to see if a business buys from the labor prisons. Don't use Google for the searches, they are under order to block many keywords concerning the Falun Gong.

"You get no sympathy from me."

I don't want your sympathy. I told you what I have learned and you refuse to listen. I hope you are much younger than I am and that you live long enough to regret your callousness. If history does indeed repeat itself then you have some interesting times in store.

"Just tell me, how old are you?"

I'm old enough to remember when unionized industrial and construction workers enjoyed the level of income which is now owned by the unionized public sector employees like police and school teachers.
I'm also old enough to have had a father who was in harm's way during WW2 and who told me how the Japanese had such a huge appetite for our scrap metal as they built their war machine.
I'm old enough to have actually studied history in school and thus to have learned that when rulers oppress people long enough and severely enough they eventually lose their heads.

Well you didn't answer my question. My father was halos in WW2, and he learned to make a good life for himself and our family. He taught us that success is based on the individual, not by groups. I also took many history courses and nothing in the US history equates to the nonsense you speak. The unionization of the public sector will bankrupt the country eventually, not save it. Your unions have cost the country multiple industries and are the main reasons so many jobs have been lost. Hopefully, you're collecting the union pension that you worked for, but I would guess you are disappointed in that also and just seek to blame others for that failure and disappointment.

I think Wal-Mart is fantastic. I'm a big fan of Wal-Mart. I want to see them grow and grow and grow. I believe they will eventually place 45,000 Super Center stores in the USA and they will control 90% of the retail business and 80% of the grocery business.

But I'll never shop there because I'm too much of a snob. I'll continue getting my groceries at Whole Food Markets and Trader Joes and I'll get my retail stuff at places like Sharper Image and I'll pay triple the price that people pay at Wal-Mart do for the same stuff because I'm yuppie scum and I'm proud of it. Oh yeah, and I drink microbrew beer and Starbucks coffee and I subscribe to satellite radio because I'm too special to listen to free FM with all that yakety-yak and commercials. I'm a beautiful person and I'll be in Martha's Vineyard this weekend. Over and out.

Arise, you prisoners of starvation!
Arise, you wretched of the earth!
For justice thunders condemnation:
A better world's in birth!
No more tradition's chains shall bind us,
Arise you slaves, no more in thrall!
The earth shall rise on new foundations:
We have been nought, we shall be all!
'Tis the final conflict,
Let each stand in his place.
The international soviet
Shall be the human race
'Tis the final conflict,
Let each stand in his place.
The international soviet
Shall be the human race
