How the heck can you "translate" the teletubbies? Do you actually need to?
It's not the translation per se, it's finding just the right voice talent to say, "Kill the Zionists", "Destroy the Great Satan America", "There is no God but Allah" and such.
Coming from those brightly colored globby characters, I think that would be hi-larious.
