Wow, does it actually say "precursor"? I'm pinging now.

Great work as always, JV! So much smoke, and yet some still claim there's no fire.

Oh, my!! This sounds like the most clear-cut expression of operational plans to produce precursors for chem weapons..... in 2002!!
But if we don't have "stockpiles" of 100,000 new chem warheads then I guess we just don't have anything, now do we?
I've thought all along that Saddam's regime would have reason to keep precursor chemicals separately, both to maximize longevity and so that they could maintain the fiction that they were merely producing ag pesticides or whatever...... can anyone track the various "pesticides" and chemicals that have been found since the 2003 invasion?
Great job once again, jveritas!! The net is closing and the fools who parrot the talking points for the DNC and Saddam's Baghdad Bob may finally face the reckoning.

jv has done amazing work on this.
I just hope more conservative-leaning media get it out there. Whatever happened to reporting?

Yes document CMPC-2003-013956 call it Precursor. Of course they did not state it is "Chemical Weapon" precursor but the UN document was very clear about these materials being used a precursors for Chemical Weapons.

I'll post to you but I know other FReepers will read this - What else is referred to as precursors?

Could someone please explain how UN Sanctions will stop Iran's Nuclear Weapons production? Anyone ...

The Left and few on the right will not be convinced unless we found at one million tons of WMD, even then they will tell us it is pre-1991 so it does not count, Saddam was a harmless person :)

The local production of these precursors had only one intent: CHEMICAL WEAPONS.

I second the motion. If enough of these documents see the light of day. The burden is heavy on this administration, and all neutral and conservative news sources to start assembling into "clear cases", what we continue to read in some times isolated form. We need able authors to get this stuff into book form and on the shelves of American book stores.
Surely the L/MSM will do it's best to only report isolated things they can with clever words challenge the validity of the over all plans Saddam had to reconstitute all his wmd programs.
Most Freepers and other conservative sites do not have to be convinced. Many of us have followed this stuff prior to the invasion in essence. The masses must be informed somewhere along the line.

Indeed in document ISGQ-2003-00044424 the one reseracher told the Industrial Commission that SODIUM CYANIDE was not allowed to be produced locally but despite his warning he was bypassed by higher ups and the Sodium Cyanide was mentioned in a later memo that it is a material to be produced locally.
