There are numerous missionaries in Israel. It's illegal to prosteylize minors.
It's illegal to pay for conversion.
If you evangelize adults, and can handle a non-monetary message, you won't run afoul of the law.

It's a Jewish State. They don't offer "freedom of religion", never have. That said, you're welcome to have a church or a mosque. Just don't harrass the Jewish people. This isn't like Saudi Arabia where they'll put you to death for it or anything.

It's illegal to proselytize to MINORS not adults, as it should be, not adults. There are plenty of Christian missionaries in Israel. Going after children is not fair game and repulsive.
